Roland Glass, the Managing Director, believes in hands on management and as such is intimately involved in the day-to-day operations of MECS Africa and all its employees. He frequently conducts site visits to meet you, his employees, thereby ensuring first hand that all your needs are being met. Roland is very in tune with the market and has an understanding of the industry requirements needed for a successful workforce.

Darren Helwick is our Human Resource Manager who is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He has extensive experience in HR and recruitment as he has been exposed to diverse industries both locally and internationally. Darren works closely with our recruitment team and assists clients in all facets of HR and recruitment.
