Roland Glass, the Managing Director, believes in hands on management and as such is intimately involved in the day-to-day operations of MECS Africa and all its employees. He frequently conducts site visits to meet you, his employees, thereby ensuring first hand that all your needs are being met. Roland is very in tune with the market and has an understanding of the industry requirements needed for a successful workforce.

Gareth Schnehage is the Executive Director at MECS Africa who oversees operations and finance. As a qualified chartered accountant, he manages both the finance department and oversees the tax benefits available to all MECS Africa employees, and is available should you have any queries.

Laura Fullerton is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and specialises in the field of labour law. She holds the position of HR and IR Manager and in-house attorney at MECS Africa. Laura is always available for consultations to offer expert advice and opinion on all labour and human resource related issues and looks forward to your call.
